Troy Carter
Hi, I'm Troy Carter, the proud director of Carter Built and a registered builder. Carpentry runs in my blood, with my father and older brother both being skilled carpenters and running their own successful businesses. During my apprenticeship and qualification process, I had the privilege of working for both of their companies. After honing my skills for 12 years, I took the leap and started my own venture, Carter Built, a decade ago. And let me tell you, I haven't regretted that decision for a single moment.
Running a business is a rollercoaster ride, with its fair share of ups and downs and stressful moments. But it's also incredibly addictive and rewarding. One of the factors that make it all worthwhile is our exceptional team of carpenters. They are the backbone of our operations, making the day-to-day running of the business smooth and efficient.
In 2023, I became a registered builder, and it has opened up countless opportunities for my team at Carter Built
